Job Description:

The Registered  Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for providing Respiratory Therapy and performing related functions in the care of our patients. The RRT also sets up and maintains mechanical ventilators as well as performs Orthopedic procedures in meeting the therapeutic needs of our patients. In addition, the RRT will be responsible to assist in departmental and organizational (as requested) in-service education/committees , Quality Improvement monitoring, and training of new orientees.

Qualifications

  • Florida Registered Respiratory Therapy License
  • National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Credential
  • Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience in the field of respiratory therapy
