Intro:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develops call center staff to include training, goal setting and motivation.
  • Manages staff performance through the use of call center data and regular, individualized coaching sessions.
  • Represents Customer Service as a decision-maker in various cross-functional meetings, projects, and activities.
  • Utilizes departmental data and information to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develops staff communications and training needs.
  • Coordinates departmental projects, effectively managing resources in the process.
  • Handles escalated customer issues according to company policy.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:

     Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or five years of management work experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).
  • Three to five years progressive experience in service operations department or call center.
  • Three to five years experience in a health care operating environment.
  • 3- 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven experience in resource and / or performance management.
  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, phone, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a varied audience, both internally and externally.
  • Hours for this Position:

    Shift:  Work hours 9-6 and sometimes 8-5 and training hours would be first full week and then on the job training with training days in between.

    Start Date:  9/7/2020-12/5/2020
