Robert Half Strategic Accounts is currently staffing a Customer Service Representative with one of our fortune 50 banking client in Tampa, FL! As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
•Managing customer account information for merchant services
•Answering basis questions regarding customer concerns or issues with account
•Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting as well as regarding to inquiries
Requirements:
•High School Diploma or GED, required
• Four year degree graduates welcome in Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, etc
•1-2 sold years of Call Center or Customer Service experience in Corporate Call Center or Business environment
•Must be comfortable handling inbound and outbound
•Must be friendly and polite
•Have a positive attitude and must be comfortable able working in a team environment
•Strong communication skills both oral and written
