Local ecommerce company is adding to their team of motivated Customer Service/Inside Sales representatives! This Customer Service/Inside Sales role handles inbound calls from potential customers who are already interested in the product – no cold calling here! Qualified candidates will have experience working on the phone, answering product related questions, and offering customized solutions to customers.

Customer Service/Inside Sales Highlights:

• Base + Commission
• Actively listen to each customer for their specific needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
