Construction Administrative Assistant!
Work hand in hand with our estimating department to take their material quantities (from blue print take offs) and create material job sheets
Experience with contracts, change orders, schedule of values, lien releases, submittals, etc
Calculate install materials & accessory product colors and quantities for job work orders and vendor purchase orders
Utilize our bid management software and Excel
Utilize our ERP package (Visual/Infor – functions like SAP, Oracle, etc)
Track and stay on top of change orders, material shortages, lien releases, pay applications, etc for projects
Need excellent keyboard, ten key, Excel skills
Needs to be a fast learner and problem solver with an ability to apply previous learnings to future issues/situations and make admin decisions
Prior experience in construction is a requirement. ( 5 years plus preferred)
3-5 years experience preferred
Safety and Compliance focused
Strong Communication Skills
