Registered Nurse Job Benefits:

RN Job Responsibilities May Include: 

• Leads, guides, and trains employees performing related work.
• Oversees and provides direct nursing care and consultation to patients as required.
• Coordinates services with other patient care units as required
• Oversees quality assurance and compliance to operational standards.
• Participates in program development and implementation of operating policy and procedure.
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Job Requirements Include: 

• Current FL RN license in good standing.  
• 1+ year of nursing experience, geriatric experience preferred
