Simply seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator with a strong background in Great Plains. Expertise in Great Plains is vital being that there isn't anyone who can train on the system. This role will report directly to senior management lead the charge for all things payables.
- Three way matching
- Review, batch and coding for all invoices
- Manage and process and credit card and expense reports
- Cutting checks for payment and managing discounts for clients
- Monitor all vendor accounts for compliance with payment terms and reconciliation of accounts
- W-9 maintenance and 1099 prep
