Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and Key Business Metrics. Numerical Analytic Skills are needed to be able to discriminate important and non-important variances. Main responsibilities: • Portfolio Database and metrics of leased and service units • Cost Center Expense Distribution • Finance Report Forecast to Headquarters • Analyze cause of mayor variances Vs. Budget • Update and allocate Profitability by Customer Database FP&A department is key to determine business financial potential and steps to follow to achieve required income. Also, we are key to give quantify possible risks and opportunities to achieve business financial goals. Candidate will help control, standardizing, and identifying variances Vs budget (P&L and Key Metrics) and report them to SLT. Education & experience • +3 yrs of experience in Finance and Accounting • Fluent in English, Writing and Verbal. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI & Data analytics) Knowledge & Competencies Numerical Analytic Skills, able to discriminate important and non-important variances. Organized with high standards of accuracy and precision. Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves, work as a team player, with whatever it takes attitude.
