Head of Finance

-Monitor field controllers and review on strategic initiatives.

-Supervise financial tasks of all our local entities and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially.

-Work as a Business Partner in close collaboration with other local areas & regional areas (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, HR) to support the company´s growth plan ensuring that the country is on track to meet its financial goals.

-Maintain a close relationship with Regional Finance Team´s which will provide the required inputs and services to achieve the local finance goals.

-Act as local Business Partner to the Country Manager to help him in achieving local goals according to the company OKR´s.

-Monitor and develop the local Business Plan to ensure an efficient execution of the country´s strategy.

-Planning & Forecasting and deviation analysis in coordination with regional finance teams ensuring a fluid communication between local and regional finance teams.
