Area del puesto: Operaciones / Logística
1. Must be good at both English and Spanish
2. 5+ years' experience with logisctics(air&ocean) in Panama
3. Advanced skillset with MS Excel, SAP, and Power BI
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and time management skills
5. Ability to thrive in a constantly changing chaotic enviroment and consistently meet tight deadlines
6. Ability to plan in detail and communicate the detailed plan
7. Ability to organize, lead, motivate, and care for all personnel involved in material operations
8. Ability to prioritize and assign tasks to guarantee that the team's resources are used effectively
9. Ability to reduce business waste including all kinds of detentions and resent deliveries due to lack of communication and speed of information between LSP
10. Ability to understand each customer behaviors and fulfill their needs and requirements
11. Ability to develop delivery schedules and drop shipment starategies
12. Ability to manage and communicate with LSP on a daily basis to ensure that all the planned deliveries were dispatched on time in full
