Principal Responsibilities:
- Banking Solutions Expert to assist with inquiries from other application teams and organizations
- Provide Global Banking-owned standard configurations to own end- to-end and Support testing and implementation of standard change, for issues encountered and configuration amendment
- Attend consultations Level 4 support for production incidents and problem records raised via ServiceNow, following ITIL process of issue partners concern.
Qualifications:
- Basic coding skills and pseudocode logic interpretation, ideally able to read/develop in one or more coding languages
- Basic familiarity with project management and/or SCRUM-Agile methodologies, software tools and best practices
- Able to manage basic software for business handling such as MS tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Notes, Teams, SharePoint)
- Knowledge software/tools for business process Automations, such as BPA/RPA, Chatbot, Knime, API.
- Communicate proficiently in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- A Bachelor degree in Systems Engineering, Decisions Sciences, Computer Science or related.
