Their duties include:

  • Handling  inbound  calls  from customers.
  • Listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Requiments

  • B2 + or 85% english level 
  • Previous call center expericience (desirable) 
  • Schedule Availability.
